Pourrions-nous avoir notre propre conception?Bien sûr, nous acceptons les OEM et avons besoin d'environ 7 à 15 jours pour procéder à la production de l'échantillon.

Comment contrôlez-vous votre qualité ?Free soul a une équipe de production professionnelle et a un contrôle de qualité strict sur le tissu et les produits, chaque tissu et produit sera inspecté et testé soigneusement avant expédition.

Comment pourrions-nous démarrer la coopération?1) Approbation de l'échantillon. 2) dépôt de 30 %/50 % ou émission de LC après réception de notre PI. 3) Le client approuve notre échantillon de pré-production et obtient le rapport de test si nécessaire. 4) Démarrez la production en masse. 5) Organisez l'expédition. 6) Le fournisseur prépare les documents nécessaires et envoie une copie de ces documents. 7) Le client paie le solde. 8) Le fournisseur envoie les documents originaux ou libère les marchandises. 9) Garantie de qualité pendant 90 jours après expédition.

Quel est le MOQ?Normalement, c'est 500 pièces par conception, mais nous chérissons tout le monde comme vous en tant que client potentiel, nous pouvons donc faire de notre mieux pour commencer une commande d'essai pour établir une coopération à long terme.

What's the MOQ?For Beach towels, MOQ is 100pcs each design For blanket, MOQ is 300-500pcs, it depends on your designs as well.

Is sample charged?For stock samples, we could send for free but need freight collect. For customized samples, sample is charged but sample cost will be refunded when you place an order.

What is the sample time and first order delivery time?Towel sample time is 5-7 days. Blanket sample time is 7-10days. Order production time on towels is 20-25days, order production time on blankets is 30-35days. The production time is decided by order quantity.

If I want make a customized sample,what format you need for logo print or pattern print?PDF, AI, JPG, PSD all accepted. But we suggest the files must be high-definition, then final printing effect will be perfect.

Can you provide design proof if I have no my own designer?We have professional designers could support you on designs development adjustment before sampling, only the designs are confirmed by you , could we start samples or order production. So don’t worry about it.

Do you agree to sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT before sending our designs?Sure, we agree to sign an agreement with you before receiving your design and will keep our promise.

What’s payment terms? Any third party payment?We usually accept T/T and L/C, we also accept Alibaba trade assurance, Western Union, Paypal.

What shipment term you can do?We can do EXW, FOB, FCR, DDP, DDU and so on as your need.

Which logistics you use for shipping?We have cooperated with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, for long time, so we could get a price discount from them. Then we could send you a better shipping cost.
